At DripDrop, we want you to love your fit, but if something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and secure it to your package.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to get your return back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
